Our Mission:
The mission of Macon County Transit is to provide transportation services in an efficient, coordinated, cost effective manner that is responsive to the current needs of the residents of Macon County.
Our Services:
Macon County Transit may be able to take you to medical appointments, local shopping centers, work, Senior Center and other places. We have established routes throughout the County. Anyone requiring non-emergency transportation is eligible to ride Macon County Transit. Macon County Transit does not provide emergency medical transportation. As a department of Macon County we follow the County Holiday Schedule.

Whether its medical, shopping, employment, or education, Macon County Transit will provide you service. Macon County Transit operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
